((OOC: HAHA, YES! I'm so glad you agreed to this one >3 *came up with it on a whim)) THE ROAD I WALK, Is Paved With Gold,
Chazz nearly exploded with happiness as Lilybreeze agreed to play his little game. He wasn't sure why, but he had a good feeling about what was going to come of this. Without any hesitation, the tom leapt up, gesturing for Lilybreeze to follow with the excitement of a kit catching its first butterfly out of the air, "Well come on then. No time to waste. We've got some traveling to do, and then we'll be able to get there at the best time of day."
He bounded into the forest at top speed, winding in between trees as if he'd been in ThunderClan territory for moons. His blood told him exactly where he needed to go... and idly, Chazz had to wonder just why he was so excited. Maybe because back on the streets he would be adored while here he'd gained nothing but disdain? Possibly. Or maybe his calling really was with the alleycats. Something in the back of his mind told him that wasn't quite it either. Regardless, he let himself go for the first time in moons... and he felt his footsteps lighten. Running suddenly became easier, and he sprinted as fast as his feet could carry him towards the direction of the city.
Finally, he stopped his rush when he got to the edge of Twolegplace. He looked over his shoulder to make sure Lilybreeze was following, and let out a genuine smile when she appeared several moments after him, "Ignore the pets and just follow me. They're annoying pricks, but they are fun to scare. Just let out a hiss or growl and they go running back into their homes."
With that Chazz leapt onto a flat topped fence, and landed with pristine accuracy. He still had it. He wasted no time in weaving between gardens and neighborhoods, steadily leading the warrior into the heart of the place where he reigned supreme. At last, he came to the last fence they'd need to cross, and he found himself stopping to look at the garden below.
To think I was a pet once too. I've lived three lives already, and I'm barely over a year old. How sad.... I really am wasting my time. I don't even know what I'm doing right now.... his mind trailed off and he looked behind to see if Lilybreeze was still keeping up okay. She seemed fine. Perhaps a bit lost as to where they were going, which was natural, but fine. Chazz had to admit, he was impressed. "Now's your chance to turn back. This is where things start to get messy...."

Lily watched his face for any change, she wondered how he would react to her accepting his proposal on a city adventure. Would he still be more reserved or would he be different? She was anxious to see his reaction finally a wave of excitement seemed to flow from him and onto her. He suddenly changed right before her eyes like a caterpiller that just became a butterfly. Black Thunder jumped to his paws, and told her to follow him. Before she could commetno n this sudden change he was bounding away. Looking like a kit allowed to go outside the nursery. The thought made her smile to herself before getting to her paws. This would be a good work out for her and a way to get back into the feel of running through her homes many trees. In many ways she was excited to, new lands new smells and just being with.... She cut her thoughts off right there and shook her head. What was she thinking? Glad he would not notice her clear her throat at her own thoughts she bounded after him. Her legs burned from the sudden burst of movement but slowly died down to a faint burn, which was nice.
Her longer legs made it easier to catch up to the black and white tom and she realised how much she missed running through the forests. Her striking blue optics watched his pelt as he turned around to see where she was. She smiled at him, he seemed really happy for once and when he turned away she picked up her pace. Throwing her body into second gear before she sped up, her semi long fur fluttered through the wind made by her movements like ribbons, silky white and grey strands twisting and falling flat against her slender well formed bodice. Quickly she was right in step with him, staying at his pace, because she didn't want to push herself any harder, when they neared the end of the territory she slowed down just a little to allow him to lead, without being to far ahead.
"Ignore the pets and just follow me. They're annoying pricks, but they are fun to scare. Just let out a hiss or growl and they go running back into their homes."
They came towards the twoleg places now, and inside she felt a bit uneasy being around it. She heard of cats being taken into one of the houses and they never came out. Shuttering at the thought she focused her attention on Black Thunder as he made his way towards some fences. When he slowed down to, he bounded onto one of the fences. Lily slowed down and looked at the fence, she had seen it before, but hopefully she remembered how to balence herself on it. Taking a breath she hopped onto the fence, scrambled to get her pawhold on it but soon she was ok, and carefully placed each pawstep before her until she was moving along quite quickly, using her tail as a sort of balanceing tool, swaying it to either side of her when needed. Lifting her gaze she noticed a pair of amber eyes from the front step of a two leg place and it watched her intently, turning away quickly she could see as he again turned to look at her, and she lifted her head slightly. Proud that she mastered the fence before he looked at her. He turned and leaped down off of the fence now and Lily did the same, landing with a soft thud onto the ground below. They now were weaving there way through some other buildings.
Her striking optics glanced around her in awe as she looked through each territory they went through. This was definatly different, part of her felt bad for leaving the safety of the forest but another part was simplt thrilled. Turning her head back to the front she noticed as another fence came to stand before them, and she stopped beside her companion. Looking past his gaze at the garden he was looking at, she tilted her head slightly. Maybe he was lost in thought about something, so she stayed quet and waited for him to press on or speak to her. He turned around again he looked quite impressed with her, and she could feel her cheeks slightly warm at this silent praise.
"Now's your chance to turn back. This is where things start to get messy...." Lilybreeze turned her attention on him and snorted. "Your not getting rid of me that easy." she purred her tone was light and teasing as she hopped onto the fence before her. Her gaze went past the gardens to a light smell of smog and other things, new things. This must be the city he was talking about. Thinking about the cats here ashe did not want to let them know she was part of a clan, since maybe they would try to follow them back when they left. She would take on a new name for now, a simpler version of her own name of course since she rather liked her name. Turning her blue gaze on the tom cat, she smiled. "While were here i'll just go by the name Lily." she told him and waited for him to lead her the rest of the way. Her ears flicked forward as she held her balence quite gracefully. "Well, are we going?" she laughed keeping her gaze on him a few more moments. Deep inside she was a bit nervous, hopefully she could handle this little trip, how bad could it be? THIS WRETCHED BLOOD Runs Through My Veins
Chazz smirked as his companion announced that she was not about to back out so easily. Good. He wanted this to be fun, because let's face it, Chazz rarely had the chance to do the things he loved anymore. He nodded when she mentioned her name change, and wondered if he should also say something about his past name, before he was Black Thunder.
Eventually, he shrugged his massive shoulders and figured it hardly mattered at this point. He'd gone by so many names already in his lifetime, that he was content to settle on this one for this specific female. It made things easier anyway. Besides, Black Thunder radiated with more power then Chazz did.
In any case, the large tom finally leapt off the fence, and as soon as both his and his companion's feet touched the ground, he said, "Welcome to the city. This is the alleyway into what some call paradise and others call slums." With that, he walked forward, his nose twitching to take in any scents he might need to be prepared for. Since he'd gotten to the forest, he hadn't been as alert as this, but this instinct was something built into his bones.
Once they reached the end of the alleyway, Chazz carefully looked around the corner of the brick wall lining the alleyway. It was clear. No monsters were running about, and neither were any twolegs. Perhaps in the distance there might be a dog, but most of them were too stupid to do much to any street cat around here. Actually, Chazz rather liked their presence on the street. Not only did it create some competition, but he had a few friends in the species that was supposed to be his rival.
"All clear. Let's cross the street," he said calmly. He took his steps calmly, not bothering to look or listen for any more monsters down the road. He was so used to this... it was like a walk in the park. Once they came to the other side of the street, another large alleyway was open in front of them, and without explaining where he was going, Chazz stepped into the dark abyss.
He stopped after a while, and looked above him, gathering his haunches beneath him for a rather large leap. And then, he shot up like a torpedo, his front claws catching the edge of a fire escape. He struggled for a moment, and then pulled himself up. With a sigh of relief that he hadn't had to try this jump twice (as he usually did... it was difficult even for him), he looked down at Lilybreeze, "Jump as high as you can. If you don't make it I'll grab your scruff. Don't worry, it's really not as hard as it looks... no, actually, it really is. I shouldn't lie. What's at the top of these stairs is worth it though. Have you ever been on the roof of a twoleg building?"

Lily turned her gaze on Black Thunder who seemed to agree with the name change. Searching his gaze he seemed rather happy that she did not want to turn back just yet. Seeing him leap onto the fence and walk quickly across it, the creamy white and grey she-cat got onto her paws. Taking a breath she started to walk along the fence behind him, her tail swishing slowly to keep her balence as she made her way over the wooden fence she kept her gaze on her paws until she got the feel of the fence again and then lifted her head. Her ears flicked forward as she saw him stop and leap down onto a spot where the grass turned cold a black, like a road. Was this the city? Just roads and if there were roads that meant two-leg monsters, she stopped a moment. What did she get herself into? But she had to trust Black Thunder, trust that he would not let her be captured. She didn't know why but she completly trusted him, and her cheeks flushed a bit. Looking up at the sky she noticed that the sun was starting to set. It was morning when they left, so its about a days journey to the city.
Dogstar wouldn't even notice since all his attention was now on Earthpaw, which kind of worked out for them. Turnig her head forward she bunched up her legs and hopped off the fence. Her paws landing softly on the ground below. She lifted her striking blue gaze on the black and white tom. She followed him as he started to walk through this tunnel.
"Welcome to the city. This is the alleyway into what some call paradise and others call slums."
So this was an alleyway? She had never been to one before it was cold and hard, and slightly smelled of dead carcess. She had a feeling she'd be the one to think of it as a slum unless this was only part of what the city was. She would reserve her judgement for later after she saw it all. She followed closely behind him as she heard the faint barking of dogs off in the distance. She was not used to hearing dogs, if ever. That was more of WindClan's department than her own. She stopped when he did, letting her eyes run along all the buildings and twoleg monsters, twolegs themselves but they were pretty far off though. When he told her to cross the street she quickly fell into step beside him, she hoped he didn't think she was being a scardy cat.
Again he was leading her into another alley this one was more darker and smeeled more of burnt bread. She stopped as he headed for a latter that seemed hung onto the wall. She tilted her head slightly what was he doing? She watched with curious eyes as he bunched up his muscles and leaping onto the latter bar above, strugglng a bit with it though. She had a feeling this was not going to work out with her trying it. She looked up at him as he spoke to her and told her he would catch her if she didn't make it. She shifted a bit but eventually walked closer to the side below the latter. Lowering her slender form, she bunched up her muscles and sprang forward with her hind legs. Her forepaws grasped the lower bar but se couldn't lift herself up, she gasped as she struggled to pull herself up. She just didn't ahve the upper strength to pull herself completly over, expecially since her lower legs were dangling in mid air so that didn't help at all.
Feeling his teeth in her scruff she was pulled up. Remembering his last question about being on a roof she shook her head. No I havn't. And thank you for lifting me up." she mewed sincerly and looking up at him from below. Carefully pawing her way up the later she pulled herself over the side and was standing on the roof, it was sunset down she could tell because a faint golden glow seemed to circulate around her and she turned to wait for Black Thunder, a sound of a horn caught her focus though and she turned around, walking towards the edge slowly. Her tail swished behind her like a soft cloud. Once she neared the edge she could see the city stretch out before her, it was so beautiful. She never saw anything like this before. She was in complete awe, blinking she turned around to find her companion. "Black Thunder, it's amazing! Come sit with me and watch the sunset." she purred and turned her head to face the sunset, she never saw it so clearly before, and the golden colors played her with her fur and sent her eyes sparkling. Sitting down she swiped her tail over her paws it really was a beautiful sight. "It's beautiful, I have never seen the sunset so clearly before." she mewed softly, placing a small yet warm smile on her lips as she turned to look at the tom cat. I GOT What You Want
Before he knew it, Lilybreeze was running up the rest of the fire escape and to the top of the building complex. Blinking in surprise, Chazz wasted no time in bounding after her. For some reason, he didn't want her to rush ahead and find herself in trouble. It was odd, to feel so responsible for someone's well being, but Chazz supposed he didn't mind. It wasn't a bad feeling anyway, and really, that was all he cared enough about.
"Black Thunder, it's amazing! Come sit with me and watch the sunset." she purred as the large tom bounded up the last set of stairs. Chazz didn't really have time to register just what she'd suggested until he caught his breath, but when he did, his fur puffed out in embarrassment. He had come up to this building for a completely different reason... "It's beautiful, I have never seen the sunset so clearly before." she mewed softly, as she turned to look at him. A warm smile graced her lips, and Chazz was at a bit of a loss as to what to do. With his heart pounding and his body and mind telling him to do different things, he couldn't figure out what he wanted to do.
Eventually, he forced himself to calm down, and he padded over towards Lilybreeze, looking out over the city himself. He was so used to the sight, that he'd forgotten how much it was to be appreciated, and so, finally, he sat down, and purred as memories flooded back into him. Some warm, and others rough.... but it was nice to have company.
"Yeah, it is quite a sight. I'd forgotten there's actually some value to this dump," he said quietly, his eyes lost in some distant memory. "But just wait until the sun is completely down. The light won't truly be gone. In fact, that's when all the fun begins in this place...." he trailed off, lifting his gaze towards the last slivers of light, letting it warm his dark fur for a few moments.
Soon, the evening slipped into twilight, and the first stars came into the sky. It was still too light to get a real glimpse of the city lights, but it was getting closer. Chazz was beside himself with excitement. Now that the sun was down, everything would begin. All the thrills he loved.
But he cut his thoughts short. He had a guest with him. She may not be as into picking fights and trash talking as he was. That thought kind of put him down... but he didn't have a lot of time to waste on that thought, because a crash sounded from behind the two felines.
Chazz whipped around, a feral sound escaping his maw. This building, being completely abandoned, was a spot that he knew others would come to eventually, but this was a bit too early for any unpleasant visitors. He glanced over at Lilybreeze, his gaze dead serious, "Stay behind me."
It didn't even cross his mind how protective he was being. He was just more concerned about what was coming up the stairs.... and then, it appeared. A dog. It was small, but slender, and with large ears. Its tongue was hanging out, and its eyes were wild and dilated as if it was ready to attack.
Chazz stepped forward, his muscles at the ready to spring, until he met the canine's gaze....
"Chazz?" it asked. It blinked in astonishment a few times, and then, out of nowhere, ran towards the two canines. Without any warning, Chazz found himself underneath its four paws with its nose to his face. "It is you. Woah! You're back!"
"Tybalt, get off me.... unless you want a new scratch on your face," the tom warned. Immediately, the small dog got up, its tail wagging in its dopey manor. "Good thing it's only you. I thought I'd have to get my claws dirty for Lily here."
The dog stared over Chazz's body, finally realizing that there were two cats here. He smiled a dorky smile, and then turned his attention back to Chazz, "You player. How'd you get a female?"
"She's not--" Chazz started. He cut himself off though, and turned to look at Lilybreeze. His gaze said 'go along with it', and when he turned back to Tybalt the dog, he said, "Yes, so if you or any of your dirtbag friends lay a claw on her I'll kill you."
"Noted boss," the dog replied sarcastically. "I don't eat cats. Too much fur. You know that by now."
"Yes, but your friends aren't all as dumb as you," Chazz replied evenly. "Now... can you scram?"
"Aww, Chazz, I haven't seen you in months and you want me to leave? Pfft, fine. No reason to hang out with a dog anyway. You probably want to go see your possy. Heh, alright, I'll do the favor for you. You stay with the lady and I'll find your little lackies for ya."
"Ugh, sure, just go away already," the tom responded. After a few more exchanges of words, Tybalt left, and Chazz let out a sigh of relief. He let himself flop down onto the building and go limp before saying, "I figure if you go along with what everyone is going to assume, they won't try to get at you." He paused, realizing that this had put him in a bit of an awkward spot. "I have a reputation around here. No one messes with me... unless they're stupid... so I'm sorry. It's awkward for me too... just go along with it."

The creamy white and grey female looked out over the city, hearing him climb onto the roof behind her. Turning her gaze back on him as he seemed to hesitate coming over with her. She stared at him quizically, was she the plague now? Finally he seemed to regain his thoughts and trot over to her easily, happy to see that he decided to join her she turned back to look out at the sunset. The light faded into a warm pink now before it slowly disappeared leaving the darkness of the night to start taking over the whole scene. She was suddenly happy that she decided to come along, so far it has been a wonderful experience and this made it even better. Though part of her felt as if this wasn't what he wanted her to see, the sunset was probably a to romantic setting and that wouldn't be what he was going for. For some reason part of her felt disappointed that it wasn't and she let her shoulders slump a bit but she didn't want him to see this and so straightened out again and stared out onto the open city before her. Her tail curling with interest and awe.
"But just wait until the sun is completely down. The light won't truly be gone. In fact, that's when all the fun begins in this place...."
Lily turned to look at him, what did he mean by that? She shrugged it off though she would find out eventually. Keeping her striking blue gaze on the scenery she watched as the last bits of light disappeared from the sky and it was dark for a moment. Was this what he wasnted her to see? Pitch darkness. Suddenly lights from throughout the city flashed on in many different colors and she watched it with suprise, now this was truely something different and she prred delighted by the many colors of the city. Though with the sun gone a chill started to drift through the air. She found herself shiver slightly at it, but it was welcoming to. The night air was always the freshest even in a city. They were above the smog when they were up here and so it was better than the streets. The sound of rattling metal caught her attention and she turned her head to see where it was coming from. Flicking her lobes forward she detected slight movement from the stiars in which they climbed moments ago. She blinked in surprise and got to her paws, almost gasping when Black Thunder told her to stay behind him, she blushed lightly from the protectiveness in his voice, she didn't think he really cared.
Instead of protesting like she normally would have done, she let him be her hero for the time being and stood right behind him. When two dogs bounded onto the roof, she flattened her ears and narrowed her gaze, she would be ready for anything. When he bounded forward she was about to follow when the dogs seemed excited to see him. She stopped and eased her defensive stance, just staring this was the oddest thing she had ever seen. She didn't know what to do, she was confused and just ended up standing there. They were calling him Chazz as they had there little reunion, chazz? He never told her he was named Chazz here. Shifting a bit she decided to sit down and take all of this information into her mind. So he was really named Chazz, he knows a dog named Tybalt, and has a possy of other cats? Wow this might have been better to know before hand. Turning to likc at her chest, which she noted was slightly dusty now, she allowed them time to talk while she cleaned her fur.
Once it was nice and silky again her hears flicked forward as she heard them mention her. "Good thing it's only you. I thought I'd have to get my claws dirty for Lily here." Lifting her striking blue gaze at the dog he seemed to look her over, with a big lopsided smile. He barked happily to Black Thunder she wondered what a 'player' was. They seemed to be impressed by her though as if she was the best female cat they have seen. She looked at the black and white tom as he was about to protest but just agreed to it. Her eyebrows lifted, she wasn't his mate, why that made her wince a bit she did not know. Catching his gaze, she narrowed her gaze but nooded and sighed. Wow, now she had to act like she was all into him, amazing. Her eyes rolled, but she put on a dazziling smile as she trotted over to him. Sitting down she pressed her fur into his and purred softly, inside she was saying how stupid this was. But her body reacted differently and actually liked being so close to him, her body prickled with an unknown warmth, one she hadn't felt before. Letting the dogs and him finish the conversation they scampered away, going off to find some other cats. This was just great. Her mind noted sarcastically, apparently her mind and heart wanted to separate things. "I have a reputation around here. No one messes with me... unless they're stupid... so I'm sorry. It's awkward for me too... just go along with it." She turned to look at him now, there noses practically touching. She sighed and moved a little away so they weren't so close but still not very far either. "Ok, I trust you." she mewed silkily and relaxed her features to look adoringly at him. "Shouldn't be to hard to fool them." she purred trying to make the best of the situation she didn't know when they would be coming back up here, so she wanted to stay in character and so she scooted closer and rested her head on his sholder. DEAR MOTHER Can You Hear Me Whining? It's Been Three Weeks Since I Have Left Your Home
"Ok, I trust you." she mewed silkily causing Chazz to focus his gaze on her. She stared at him with such adoration... but not like the kind he usually got. This was different... and while it felt nice on some level, Chazz was completely unnerved by it. He held back from gulping as she continued:
"Shouldn't be to hard to fool them," she purred as she walked up to him and put her head on his shoulder. Chazz tensed at her touch, his pelt fluffing out from shock. Underneath his fur, he could feel his body warming up, and surely, Lily would be feeling it too. Mentally, he cursed himself for reacting so much to a simple action. It was all part of a plan anyway. Nothing was really to come of this... right? She was Dogstar's mate, and he was street trash.
Regardless, while it was just them in the city.... he supposed he could pull a string or two. Eventually, he let himself relax and he did his best to shoot a charming smile in Lilybreeze's direction, "Well if you keep that up then no one will have any doubts," he joked. Myself included, his mind added on. He didn't dare voice his thoughts though. It was just too bizarre to think of Lilybreeze as more then an acquaintance. He'd come out here for his own personal gain after all. Chazz wanted to have fun after the stress of being in his new home and being completely ignored. He wanted the cheap thrills that came with being on the streets.
But the longer he lingered on those thoughts the more he remembered that he had grown sick of that life too. He was missing something.... and he was rather empty because of whatever was missing. He hoped returning to his place of birth and being with his brothers would fix him... but all it had done was make him feel worse. And now, here with Lilybreeze, he had a rare moment of happiness. It was.... too odd. He couldn't decide if he liked it or not.
Eventually, he settled on putting it off till later, as he always did with issues regarding his feelings. He was on the streets, where the rule was "go with the flow", so he may as well, right? Right. No more thought on the matter.
Still, he couldn't shake the nervousness off of him. He knew, somehow, this was going to end up badly. He sat, deep in thought next to Lilybreeze for quite a while as the night went on, until finally he said, "I sense them coming now. I guess I better put on my act." He sighed in half regret and half relief as he removed himself from his companion and walked forward. There was a stack of tires off to the side, and Chazz wasted no time in leaping to the top of them. He took a deep breath, and then, after a moment of what seemed to be meditation, he let a smirk grace his features.
And then, all at once, hell was brought on. A loud roar or mews came from the bottom of the stairwell, and one could make out the slightest chanting of "Thunder! Black Thunder!"
Chazz rolled his eyes and took a proud stance on the pile of tires as the calls grew steadily louder and the stairs started to rattle. At last, a group of at least a dozen cats appeared on the building, each one of them gasping in awe as they saw Chazz in all his glory.
"Don't stand there like dumbfounded idiots. It is me," he spat.
"No way!" a voice called. "I can't believe you're back Chazz!"
"That's Thunder," he remarked. "Don't forget it!"
And then the cats yowled his name again. The chanting causing a chain reaction for what seemed to be miles. Sirens went off, people yelled, and dogs howled. The chaos was a welcoming wagon of sorts, and Chazz... well, he loved it. He pounced off his perch, and almost immediately tackled one of the tomcats to the ground.
"Listen up!" he yowled. "Your king is here, and he's brought his queen with him... so don't lay a paw on her with your idiocy! Got it?!"
One, HUGE, and I mean HUGE tom from the back of the group suddenly stepped forward. He was full muscle, and probably twice as large and bulky as the dog they'd seen earlier. He was a Maine Coon, the largest species of cat around, "You ain't the King around here no more Thunder. The storm has passed, and the new Czar is myself: Kong."
Chazz hissed and got off the cat he'd pinned. He'd never seen this tom before, and he didn't like the vibe he got from him. He shot a glare to his former followers, and they cowered back with apologetic glances. Silently, he looked at Lilybreeze, his eyes clouded with both worry and rage. It was a clear sign for her to be careful. Hell, he knew he had to be in this situation.

Lily could feel Black Thunder heat up, like the sun during green leaf. It was in a way comforting to know he felt spmething, if anything for her. She couldn't tell if she was acting anymore her body reacted without processing the actions through her mind, she had a problem with filtering what she was thinking and feeling sometimes, but usually she could keep everything under control. The heat was seeping through her fur and she closed her eyes taking it in more a minute, in a moment she snapped her gaze open she shouldn't enjoy it. He could never love her, she was just a used up warrior. She wasnt anything now. She would never get her ending, well nto a happy one she was destined to love but not to be loved. She surpressed a sigh and kept her body relativly calm and relaxed, she could feel when his muscles tensed, and she suddenly felt self concious and hurt, she had way to many mood swings in her mind when she was near him. And the worse part was she cared, she did and it sucked. She wanted to retract from him, and go be alone but she had o act, it was what she was needed to do. No distractions. Even if it was the thing causing her to be distracted in the first place.
Finally she could feel him relax under her and he turned to look at her. Tilting her gaze up at him he smiled at her, and she could have sworn she felt her body tingle. Was this butterflies? She had never experienced it before, it was making her uneasy yet she liked the feeling all the same.
"Well if you keep that up then no one will have any doubts,"
She could hear the teasing in his voice and smiled, raising her head off of his sholder. "You think?" she was obviously proud of her abilitiy or well maybe reality even she did not know which one it was. They stayed there just staring for a moment and she turned quickly to look at her paws. This was odd for her, she never experienced this much emotion before. With Dogstar it was just because they had to, they were picked for eachother. There was no passion, no heat, no real love behind anything that they did togethr it was all just fake, well that's how it felt. For some reason they all had a problem expressing themselves, it was really infuriating. When she snuck a glance back at the tom cat he also seemed lost in thought. She sighed a bit and started to look into her own mind, what she wanted and what she expected were two different things. She wanted something to happen yet she was expecting nothing,l eaving her numb to react. She flicked her ears as she heard the sound of distant pawsteps. Flicking her gaze on Thunder he seemed to sense it to. "I sense them coming now. I guess I better put on my act." She just numbly nodded and watched as he walked away from her. Leaping onto the tires right by the stairs. He changed then and his voice roared with authority. Instead of walking towards him and sitting below like she should, she just didn't feel her paws wanting to move. Instead she held her head high and tried to keep the uncertainty from her eyes while she watched hell brake loose. Cats spilled onto the top of the roof like rats in a sewer fighting over a pice of meat. She was quiet though as he addressed them, they seemed to adore him in a worship you kind of way. He must really be a killer in these parts. She just watched silently as he addressed her to them as his queen, the name made her tense up a bit but she soon got over it. They all snuck glances over to her and whispered about how they approved and how she smelled like flowers rather than the streets, others whispering dirty thoughts that she'd rather not repeat. She watched as suddenly the air grew thick with tension anda large fluffy black tom stepped forward. Her striking blue eyes widened with worry, and she looked over at Black Thunder, who snuck a glance in her direction. After his declaration the one called Kong seemed to notice her. His eyes ran her over a few times before he smirked, he ran into Black Thunder's side before walking in her direction. She tensed up as he stopped before her. Her striking blue eyes narrowed. "Well now you are different..... Your smell..." he pressed his face into hers before circling her like a vulture. She could feel his nose in her fur and she jumped up keeping her front to him, she hissed. "Is intoxicating." he finished giving a dark chuckle, his pupils seemed to dialate with some hidden instinct. Lily growled lightly in warning. "Then move downwind." she snapped, and it only seemed to deepen his interest. He stared at her intesly as some other cats whispered about it behind them. She didn't blame them for not doing anything, with a cat this large no one would dare stop him. Lily flattened her ears to her skull. "Your fiesty, I like that. You also seem so dull, your so called lover not pleasuring you enough? I can change that." She could not beleive this, he was saying these things right in front of Black Thunder, but then maybe.... Maybe she wasn't worth anything to him not even enough to stop this larger tom, she was..just another cat to him. She felt her face slowly drop her mind was beleiving this. He sensed that and laughed darkly. "So I am right eh. Try not to scream, it'll.... wake the dogs." he wet his lips before finishing his sentence and advanced towards her. Lily stumbled back eyes widening as she swiped at him, her claws slicing along his cheek but that seemed ony to fuel his lust. "Black Thunder...." she mewed, she was terrifed, she screamed as he leapt on her and she tried to claw up with her paws. He bent down towards her ear, whispering I told you not to scream. Her eyes widened was this how it was ending? LILY KONG [/blockquote][/blockquote][/sub]

I'LL STAND FOR NOTHING LESS Or Never Stand Again
"Make one more wrong move and I'll kill you," Chazz hissed as Kong was about to make his move. Kong stared up at him, and Chazz held his gaze, completely stoic despite the size of his enemy. Perhaps the only look that was really accurate to describe Chazz at the moment was murderous, and let's just say, he did not look pretty.
"What're you gonna do about it pretty boy?" Kong growled, moving off of Lily's frame and sizing up to the tom. "You ain't got no rule over this place anymore. I stole all yer lackies. They may be happy to see you, but they serve me now. Whatchya gonna do? Kill them all?"
Chazz spat at the larger cat, "If I have to, these guys know I'm not afraid to get my claws dirty. Or they should have remembered...." he trailed off, shooting another nasty glare at his former companions. An apologetic mew sounded from one of them, but it was drowned out by Kong laughing.
"You must be stupid to assume that you can beat fifteen cats just to save your precious little flower over there," he remarked snidely. "So wouldn't it just be easier to let me have my way and live another day Black Thunder?"
Chazz stayed silent for a few moments. Kong had a point. Against fifteen well fought street cats, he was in some trouble, but he wasn't going to abandon Lilybreeze... and he wanted to make it clear, "I'd rather die then let a scumbag like you get his way with Lily. And I'm willing to slaughter every single one of you."
"Big words for such a small cat," Kong replied as his claws unsheathed themselves.
"And stupid words for the one idiotic enough to challenge me, Chazz, The Black Thunder!" he yowled.
And with that, the two toms rushed at each other in a flurry of claws, teeth, and snarls. Chazz raked at Kong's underbelly, using his smaller size as an advantage in this fight. Kong was so large, it was like fighting a dog: big and clumsy, but full of enough power to take him down with a few blows.
But Chazz was King around these parts for a reason. Sure, Kong was powerful, but Chazz was dead serious when he said he would kill him, and his former followers... they knew it too. That was why they stayed clear of this fight. They actually valued their lives.
Kong roared in agony, and with an unexpected burst of speed, grabbed Chazz by his scruff and slammed him into the cement. The smaller tom let out a squeak that sounded almost mouselike at the unexpected blow, and only barely managed to claw at Kong's upper lip to make him let go before another pounding into the ground. He dropped to the floor and scrambled to his feet, distancing himself from his huge cat opponent.
He took large labored breaths in an attempt to regain some energy, and noted that Kong did not look like he had broken a sweat at all despite having taken some serious blows from Chazz's claws. A hiss escaped his maw as he realized this was not going to be as easy as he thought.
"Alright, fine. I guess I won't go easy on you," he threatened.
"Please boy, I know you were giving it all you had. You just can't beat the unbeatable. I feel no pain, and therefore, will evade any death you think you can give me. However serious you think you were about killing me, let me wipe all your hopes away now, because that ain't gonna happen pretty boy!"
Chazz snorted, but realized he was in a bit of trouble. His muscles ached, and he was bleeding in several places, including above his right eye. Crimson was trickling down, obscuring his vision, and at this time of night, it put him at a disadvantage.
"I've beaten tougher opponents then you Kong. Don't think I've run out of ideas yet," Chazz hissed.
Timidly, a voice from the group of cats said, "Boss, it's true. Black Thunder is the only cat in this city that could still best you."
A smirk wove its way onto the cat in question's face as he stared at Kong. The big cat was clearly unnerved by this statement, and his optics filled with fury that wasn't in him before. Talk about a superiority complex.... but, Chazz had one too, so he supposed it was just a matter of who's complex was larger.
"Let's dance," Chazz uttered smoothly.
"You chose the wrong partner boy," Kong responded, his voice sharper then a dagger.
Again they leapt at each other, and this time, Chazz had a better course of action. He swerved around Kong like a rabbit, constantly taunting him and riling up the tom with petty insults. It was working though, because Kong was getting more and more irritated, and more and more sloppy with each coming blow.
Now's my chance, Chazz thought. Without any further hesitation, he bounded forward, charging his full weight into Kong as the large tom was attempting an attack. Since he was already off balance with his paws flailing at Chazz, the blow sent him sprawling backwards, and skidding towards the edge of the building. The huge tom, however, was not as dumb as Chazz first thought. Kong had managed to latch onto Chazz with his giant jaws, and both of them were now standing fatally close to the edge. Chazz struggled in Kong's jaws, scratching at him like no tomorrow. Kong swerved and squirmed, but could not quite get himself up. However, their struggling slowly lead them closer to the edge until finally.... both the cats fell over. A yowl of shock erupted from both cats, and immediately, Chazz flailed his paws up, barely catching the ledge of the building.... and then, another thing caught the back of his flank. Claws. Digging into his back.
"AUGH," Chazz roared as the weight made him slip again. "Get off of me!"
"I'm not going to hell without you!" he snarled back.
Chazz, in one last ditch effort to get Kong off of him, kicked his sheathed claws off the side of the building, compromising his grip, but loosening the huge cat's just enough to make him let go. Kong, with a final yowl of curses, fell to what was probably his doom, and Chazz, struggling to maintain his grip, could not even muster his own call for help.
Thankfully, it never had to come, because suddenly, he felt himself being lifted up by not one, but several cats. He blinked in shock as he realized these were his former comrades....
"Thunder, we would never let you fall," one of them said. "You are our leader, not some tyrant like Kong."
Chazz, for once in his life, felt an overwhelming joy that he couldn't explain... it was warm... or maybe it was the amount of blood dripping off his fur. "Oh god dammit!" he roared. "That bastard. Look what he did to me! God, this is going to hurt for days...."
His comrades laughed, and then backed away so Chazz could have a look at Lilybreeze. He stared up at her, one eye closed, and with a stupid smile on his face, "That's the streets for you. It's uh.... rough?"
He wasn't sure how Lily would react. In fact, he wasn't really sure he should have reacted quite like he did... but....
COULD WE HAVE KNOWN Never Would I Have Helped To Nail Down....

Lily could feel as his paws pressed down on her shoulders, and she gasped at it. He was making sure she could not get away from this. She still struggled though she would not go down without a fight, not in this situation in the least. He seemed pleased that he could over power her, and that made her rather angry she hated being so forceable like this, it was awful and made her seem like an easy score. He touched his nose to hers and she growled, he chuckled at her. She hated the smug look on his face so much that she wished she could claw it off. Her ears flicked forward as she heard someone coming from behind him, and to her surprise and relief it was Black Thunder, and really he looked so mad, she had never seen so much hate in his eyes until now. She was almost flattered by it, and when the large tom released her and got off of her she scrambled to her paws. Her arms were slightly bleeding from the force of his paws on her , and she suspected he let his claws slide out a bit. They were only tiny cuts though, no need for much assistance. Shaking her head she could feel her body tremble lightly from the shock, she would never forget this moment. Though she hoped it would not haunt her dreams.
She turned her attention on the two toms before her, both of them circling each other and spitting out insults. This was not going to end well and she knew it. The thought of Black Thunder being hurt or maybe even killed caused a strain in her heart. But like the other cats across from her, there was nothing they could do. She could tell it was a battle for pride and well other things and for that if she got involved it would not be looked on as a rescue. Feeling helpless she watched from the side lines, her eyes flicking back and forth between the two black toms. Her striking gaze was filled with worry, she prey to StarClan that he would be alright and that Kong would just leave, but part of her knew that would definitely not happen. Some of the other allycats snuck around to come to her side. They could sense the worry and fear in her eyes and sniffed at the blood on her arms. "Im alright, it's him I worry about." she whispered to them and they nodded in agreement before settling down beside her.
She was rather grateful to them for this and turned to watch the battle. It seemed that Thunder was struggling more than Kong and she started to get up when a tail stopped her and beckoned her back down. She frowned but did as they were silently telling her to and watched, shifting restlessly on her paws. Soon they were both near the edge of the building and her and the others jumped to their paws, when they both slid over the edge, everyone raced over to help, Lily just behind them. It was to crowed to get through but they pulled back and some of the other toms were pulling him up. She let out a sigh of relief as they parted ways for them to see each other, he tried to smile at her, and all the blood made her eyes water. She couldn't believe he went through all that for her, he could have just let the tom do what he wanted then leave but he didn't.
That's the streets for you. It's uh.... rough?" With that she bounded over to him, and pressed her face into his scruff. "Im sorry! It's all my fault your hurt." she mewed her tone was soft and meaningful she could feel the water in her eyes but tried not to cry. She knew it would embarrass him in front of the others and so she took and authoritative stance. "We will need some herbs, this group go find cobwebs, and this group head towards the twoleg gardens and find purple flowers they have seeds that I need. Go, now!" they all scrambled to their paws and ran down the stairs. Now that they were alone she relax and sat beside his body. She quickly started to lick at his cuts, not caring if she got the bitter taste in her mouth. Her eyes were soft as she cleaned his wounds. When she was done she could feel the tears overwhelm her as she looked at his battered body. The tears rolled down her cheeks. "Im so glad your not dead, I was so scared that I would not see you again, or hear you speak again. Why didn't you just let him have his way with me?"[i/] she mewed she felt like such an idiot crying like this but she couldn't help it. "Im sorry for this, you must think Im a big baby." she sniffled and tried to wipe her tears with her paw. She turned to look at the stair, she hoped they would even be able to find the things she asked for. If done quickly they would all heal without infection. Turning her head back at the tom cat before her she tried a small smile. "Do you need anything?" she asked willing to go out and find him anything he needed, he deserved it.
