A Lession In Climbing"Okay... I can do this," Eyes opened to show a pair of blue-green eyes searched the small little clearing. To her left was by far the hardest tree she had ever climbed, and that was saying something. Having been one of the best climbers in Thunderclan, she stared at the tree with silent determainotion. "Okay, I can do this, Spiritpaw will be here any moment, and I got to get myself together." Pausing she parted her jaws more, but then snapped them shut. Her eyes fixxed on the tree that gave her the most trouble with and then looked to the one that was by far the easiest. The tree all mentors used to train there apprentices. 'I... I can try and teach him to climb trees like I do, he was once a kitty-pet as well.' Closing her eyes she pictured her apprentice, the orange furball with those bright lime green eyes, she just hoped he turn out to be a great warrior, this was something she had to show to the others she could do, that she, Brownwhisper, could prove she was a warrior cat again. 'I can do this, I can, I- wait. Where is here, he should be here by now.' She spun around in time to catch the brushes rustling. "Spiritpaw?" She whisper softly.

i can see your sad face and pitiful eyes don't have the strength to carry your heavy load of lies
Spiritpaw was taking his time to get to his lesson with Brownwhisper. He didn't really want to take time out of the beautiful day to learn anything knew. All he really wanted was to wander the forest, something that he had been denied until his apprenticeship. He looked at the trees, watched for any tiny bugs making their way across his path, and then up at the sky to see if the clouds were going to cover the sun anytime soon. The sunlight was speckled on the forest floor because of the tops of the trees, and it really had a pretty effect. He tripped over his paws while staring at the light splashes it made. He looked up as he heard a voice calling his name. "Woah.." he muttered, thinking he was hearing the voices of ancestors or something. Thats when he spotted his mentor. His head and tail drooped. Darn, it had just been Brownwhisper. He decided that now that he was here, he was going to have to go ahead and go through with the lesson. He stepped up so she could see him, and smiled a tiny smile. He didn't want her to think his lack of enthusiasm was because of her. It was just because he had been enjoying himself.
