Cat name:Nightfeather
Age:24 moons
What position?: Riverclan Deputy
Why would they be good for the position?: Nightfeather is a strong, but very affectionate she-cat. she knows how to put cats in their place, but understands simple problems. most of nightfeather's friends flock to her for their personal problems because she understands. Nightfeather never considered herself as acceptable for deputy. but all of her friends disagreeand tell her that she would make a really good deputy. I myself believe that nightfeather would make an excellent deputy because of her compassion, and her sternness. Nightfeather is desperate to try to help riverclan with their poisoned rivers, even if it means helping the warriors hunt on other clan's territories. she knows that kits and elders need the food, and once again puts herself in the other cat's shoes. she would be the perfect deputy to help out with the poisoning!
Rp sample as high position: Nightfeather glanced around at the now-sleeping camp. "I can't believe that im the deputy!" nightfeather said aloud to herself. " I never thought that something so great would happen to me! there are so many cats that are more experienced and talented than I am..." she said sadly. "but you are, well, you!" a voice in the shadows meowed. "what are you talking about, Whitetail?" Nightfeather whispered. "you are just right for deputy, Nightfeather! mom and dad are so proud of you! you fit the place perfectly!" Whitetail meowed sternly. When Nightfeather didn't respond, Whitetail tried again. "Plus, you are so kind and happy... you totally deserve the spot! but not like anyone else doesn't... its just that you fit the spot, well..." Whitetail hesitated, looking for the right word. "I'm not that great. but i have always seen such great deputies. and they are so honored! do you think I can become a deputy that will be passed down in stories through generations?" Nightfeather asked her sister excitedly. "Of course nightfeather! you will be a deputy that everyone will look up to!" Whitetail yowled happily but not so loud as to wake anyone up. " I guess I do feel a little better about being deputy. its such an honor! Not everyone has the opportunity to become deputy!" Nightfeather meowed happily. "yes nightfeather. and i will be there the whole time to help you out." Whitetail meowed affectionately. "thanks Whitetail! your the best sister in the world, you know that?" Nightfeather asked. "of course! why else would i be here?" Whitetail meowed teasingly. "you've got a good point, sis." Nightfeather meowed happily. and then they both walked off to the warrior's den, laughing the whole way. once to the den, the two warriors whispered about the things happening in camp. "since i have been made deputy, i have a pledge." nightfeather whispered bravely. "what is it?" Whitetail whispered back. "i pledge that i will help the clan with the river problems, and that no cat is starving anymore!" nightfeather whispered determinedly to a very surprised whitetail. "I believe you nightfeather. goodnight." whitetail mewed. "'Night." nightfeather barely managed to meow, before drifting off to sleep.
